Enjoy! \nWe’re looking at a message today titled Israel\, What’s Next? In light of all that’s going on in Israel and now in the world around us. I’m gonna ask you to take a lot of notes today. I’m gonna ask you to stay tuned\, pay attention\, write it all down\, and be in prayer as this message comes to us today. Matthew chapter 23\, I’ll start in verse 37 and we’ll segue right into chapter 24. And this is the famed Olivet Discourse that Jesus gave just prior to his ascension back to heaven. \nMatthew 23:37-39 – Matthew 24:1-22 “O Jerusalem\, Jerusalem\, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together\, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings\, but you were not willing! 38 See! Your house is left to you desolate; 39 for I say to you\, you shall see Me no more till you say\, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’ ” 24:1 Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple\, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said to them\, “Do you not see all these things? SUMMARY:May God Be with You!
DESCRIPTION:May God Be with You!\nThe phrase “May God be with you” is a way of expressing good wishes\, blessings\, or prayers for someone. It means that you trust God to protect\, guide\, and help\, indeed be or “go with”\, the person you are addressing. It is often used in our deepest Faith contexts\, and may commonly be said\, before a journey\, a challenge\, or a farewell. Some of the Biblical and other sources of this phrase are: \n1. The Bible\, where it is used several times to encourage or comfort someone. For example\, in 1 Samuel 17:37\, Saul says to David\, “Go\, and may the Lord be with you.” \n2. We even see this phrase used in song “Vaya con Dios (May God Be With You)” by Les Paul and Mary Ford\, which was a popular hit in 1953. The song is about saying goodbye to a loved one and wishing them well. \n3. The benediction prayer\, which is a common way of ending our worship services or a religious ceremony. It usually invokes God’s blessing and peace upon our congregations. For example\, in Ephesians 6:23-24\, Paul says\, “Peace be with you\, dear brothers and sisters\, and may God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you love with faithfulness. May God’s grace be eternally upon all who love our Lord Jesus Christ.” \nSo you see this is not a trite statement. When we the Church invoke May God be with You\, we are calling apon God to oversee your travels\, your experiences whether positive or negative\, and indeed your Life\, with His Presence and Wisdom to guide and protect you … save you … from danger\, build a hedge of protection around you\, and give you Peace\, in your Journey.

SUMMARY:May His Word Guide You
DESCRIPTION:God has given us His Word\, the Bible\, as a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). His Word reveals His character\, His will\, His promises\, and His ways. His Word is truth\, life\, and power. His Word is not only meant to inform us\, but to transform us. \nBut how can we let His Word guide us in our daily lives? \nFirst\, we need to read His Word regularly and attentively\, seeking to understand what He is saying to us. \nSecond\, we need to believe His Word fully and confidently\, trusting that He is faithful and able to do what He says. \nThird\, we need to obey His Word willingly and joyfully\, following His commands and applying His principles. As we do these things\, we will experience His presence\, His peace\, and His purpose in our lives. \n May His Word guide you always!
