The exact number of scriptures that speak of faith vary depending on the translation and the origins or definition of faith, in the original texts. However, one source claims that the word “faith” occurs 514 times in the Bible¹. Another source states there are about a 1000 scriptures on faith. Either way there is a lot. In our own congregation we have many stories of Faith and it’s restoring power in our lives. “Faith as a mustard seed,” can move mountains we are told. Personally, I can’t imagine living without Faith in God, and His constant interaction in my Life, and that of my family’s. Although, Faith may be unseen, but then again, so is air, but we could not exist without it, we do see their results each time the air moves or Faith moves, it’s results can be amazing!
